1. No Refund Policy (Applicable to All Users)

Digital Learn Space (DLS) provides digital products, services, subscriptions, eBooks, learning content, live sessions, skill programs, and platform access, which are non-tangible and irrevocable in nature.

Once a user subscribes, enrolls, or makes any payment, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

This No Refund Policy applies to:

• Digital courses and subscriptions
• Live and recorded sessions
• Skill programs and certifications
• eBooks, notes, and digital resources
• Platform services and tools
• Any bundled or promotional offerings

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Partial usage or non-usage
• Missed live sessions
• Technical issues on the user’s device or network
• Dissatisfaction with content or outcomes
• Early termination or discontinuation by the user

By making a payment, users explicitly accept and agree to this policy.

2. Hardware & Physical Product Policy

Where DLS offers hardware or physical learning products, the following applies:

• Hardware may be supplied by authorized third-party vendors selected by Sweedu.
• No refunds will be provided by Sweedu for any hardware purchase once payment is completed.
• Warranty, replacement, or service (if any) shall be governed strictly by the respective vendor’s written policy, if explicitly provided.

3. Vendor Non-Delivery or Breach of Obligation

• Sweedu carefully selects vendors based on quality, reliability, and compliance.
• If a vendor fails to deliver a paid physical product, violates delivery commitments, or engages in fraudulent activity:
  • Such action shall be treated as a serious breach of agreement
  • The vendor shall be liable under applicable laws of India
  • Sweedu reserves the right to:
    • Terminate the vendor immediately
    • Withhold payments
    • Initiate legal and punitive action
    • Report the matter to appropriate legal or regulatory authorities.

This clause exists to protect users and maintain platform integrity.

4. User Acknowledgement & Acceptance

By subscribing or purchasing through Digital Learn Space (DLS), users clearly acknowledge that:

• All digital purchases are final and non-refundable
• Hardware delivery is subject to vendor responsibility
• Sweedu acts as a platform and facilitator, not a manufacturer
• Vendor misconduct will be addressed legally by Sweedu

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

• Any unauthorized chargebacks, disputes, or false claims may result in:
  • Immediate suspension or permanent termination of the user account
  • Blocking of future access to DLS
  • Legal action where necessary

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, and courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
