By accessing, subscribing to, or using Digital Learn Space (DLS), including its website, mobile applications, digital content, live sessions, skill programs, notes, eBooks, hardware solutions, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
1. About Us
Digital Learn Space (DLS) is an online digital learning and education platform owned and operated by Sweedu Edutech Private Limited, offering:
- Digital learning content
- Skill development programs
- NEP-based academic programs
- Live & recorded sessions
- Short-term certification programs
- Notes, eBooks, and learning resources
- Educational hardware and learning devices (where applicable)
Content, services, and hardware may be provided directly by Sweedu or through authorized third-party publishers, content providers, instructors, and hardware vendors selected by Sweedu.
2. Account & User Eligibility
- You must be human. Automated accounts or bots are strictly prohibited.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- One account is permitted per individual. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to update your account details (email, phone, payment details) whenever required.
3. Subscriptions, Content & Services
- Users may subscribe to digital content, courses, services, live sessions, eBooks, short-term programs, or hardware offerings.
- Subscriptions may be one-time, time-based, or program-based, as mentioned at the time of purchase.
- Access is granted only to the subscribing user and is non-transferable.
- Content and services may be updated, replaced, or improved over time.
4. Third-Party Vendors, Publishers & Hardware Providers
- Some content, services, eBooks, instructors, tools, or hardware may be provided by third-party vendors, publishers, or manufacturers.
- Sweedu selects vendors based on quality, reliability, and relevance but does not manufacture third-party hardware or create all third-party content.
- Any warranties, specifications, or guarantees related to third-party hardware or content are governed by the respective vendor’s policies.
- Sweedu shall not be liable for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Vendor-specific warranty claims
- Delays caused by third-party logistics
- Changes made by third-party content providers
5. Use of Services
- All content, services, and hardware access is for personal and educational use only.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or commercially exploit any content or service without written permission from Sweedu.
- Unauthorized recording, screen capturing, redistribution, or resale of live or recorded sessions is strictly prohibited.
- Any misuse of the platform may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
6. Digital Content & Intellectual Property
- All content including videos, notes, PDFs, presentations, logos, branding, software, course material, and platform design is the intellectual property of Sweedu Edutech Private Limited and/or its content partners.
- No ownership rights are transferred to users.
- Third-party content remains the intellectual property of respective publishers or creators.
- Any infringement may result in legal action under applicable laws.
7. Payments, Billing & Pricing
- Some services, content, and hardware are free, while others are paid.
- Payments may be made via:
- Credit Card / Debit Card
- Net Banking
- UPI
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS)
- Other approved payment gateways
- Pricing may be monthly, quarterly, annual, or program-based.
- Hardware pricing (if applicable) may include shipping, taxes, or vendor charges.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
8. Demo / Trial Access
- DLS may offer demo or trial access to certain content or services.
- Demo content is limited and may not represent full features.
- Sweedu reserves the right to modify or discontinue demo access at any time.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- DLS provides digital, non-tangible, and irrevocable services.
- No refunds will be issued once payment is successfully made, including subscriptions, content, services, or third-party offerings.
- Hardware-related returns (if applicable) will strictly follow the vendor’s return and warranty policy, if explicitly mentioned.
- Cancellation of future renewals does not entitle users to refunds for the current period.
10. Live Sessions & Recordings
- Live session schedules may change due to technical, instructor, or operational reasons.
- Access to recordings depends on the subscribed program.
- Downloading, sharing, or public distribution of recordings is strictly prohibited.
11. Skill Programs & Certifications
- Certificates (if applicable) are issued only upon fulfilling program requirements.
- Certificates are meant for skill validation only and do not guarantee jobs, promotions, or admissions.
- Recognition of certificates depends on third-party institutions or employers.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post or transmit harmful, abusive, obscene, or unlawful content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Impersonate any individual or entity
- Disrupt platform operations or services
Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
13. Blog, Comments & Community Areas
- Users are solely responsible for their comments and posts.
- Content must not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
- Sweedu reserves the right to remove any content without notice.
14. Service Modification & Availability
- Sweedu may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, content, vendor, or feature at any time.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
- Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party dependencies.
